These will keep your mind occupy and will boost your intelligence considerably. It is highly important that you use your brain as much as you can, otherwise, the nervous cells which are not used will enter in a state of degradation and you will end up losing them. Once you start losing these nervous cells, your intelligence will be seriously affected and you will no longer be able to learn things easily and find rapid solutions for your problems. Thus, make sure that you continuously train your brain, so that you keep it in good shape for a longer period of time. Also, physical movement will also help you increase your IQ, as it will minimize stress and produce that state of well-being which allows your brain to remain focus. This is why it is necessary that you make a habit out of making physical movement each and every day. 20 or 30 minutes daily will keep your body in good shape and will help your mind to function properly. In order to improve your intelligence and make your mind accumulate information faster and easier, it is also essential that you eat three meals a day and stay away from unhealthy foods, such as fatty foods and fizzy drinks. Keep these advices in mind and you will see how your intelligence improves significantly and your IQ increases as time goes by.
